Bathroom remodeling in Saratoga Springs, NY
A new shower or a full remodel, with the tile layout, glass and ventilation settled before demolition, so the room comes out watertight and the mildew stays gone.

What we build
- Walk-in showers with frameless glass
- Tile floors, walls and niches
- Vanities, mirrors and lighting
- Tub and shower surrounds
- Ventilation
- Restoration of vintage bathrooms
In a bathroom, small decisions show. We settle the tile layout, glass, plumbing locations and ventilation before demolition, so the finished room is level, watertight and properly vented.
Not every bathroom needs a full remodel. A new tub surround, vanity or tiled shower is often enough, and some older bathrooms, like the vintage one below, are worth preserving.
What sets the price
Relocating the toilet, shower or tub drain has the largest effect on cost, followed by tile selection, glass and the vanity. Keeping the existing layout costs considerably less than a full remodel.
Ventilation
Without an exhaust fan vented to the outside, moisture leads to mildew and peeling paint. We size and route the fan as part of the plan.
Planning the layout
We set the tile layout, niche locations and fixture heights before any tile is installed, so grout lines run straight and cuts fall where they won’t be noticed.
Update or full remodel
If the layout works and the walls are sound, an update may be all you need. If there is water damage behind the walls or the layout doesn’t work, a full remodel is usually the better investment.

Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask before we come out.
Do you take on small bathroom jobs?
Yes. We take on smaller projects such as a new tub surround, vanity or tiled shower, as well as full remodels.
Can you preserve an older bathroom?
In many cases, yes. The vintage bathroom on this page kept its original pastel fixtures, set off with green beadboard and floral wallpaper.
How does pricing work?
We come out and look first. Then you get a written estimate with the scope of work, the price and a payment schedule. If something changes during the job, we agree on the change and the cost in writing before we keep going.
