Wherever you are, it goes the same way. We visit, you get a written estimate, our own crew does the work, and we walk through it with you at the end.

How far do you travel?
Most of our work is in Saratoga County. We also take projects elsewhere in the Capital Region and north to Glens Falls and Queensbury. If you are unsure, ask.
Who will be my contact during the project?
One project lead and one crew, from the first visit through the final walkthrough, with regular progress updates.
How does pricing work?
We come out and look first. Then you get a written estimate with the scope of work, the price and a payment schedule. If something changes during the job, we agree on the change and the cost in writing before we keep going.
